01 How long is the programme?
We work around your academic calendar. Most schools opt for 24 weeks, though we offer flexible program lengths ranging from 20 to 28 weeks. -
02 How often do students have lessons?
Lesson frequency is tailored to each school's needs. Most schools choose one lesson per week, with a two-lesson option also available. Each lesson is 45 minutes. -
03 What grade levels do you teach?
We teach Grades 1 through 10. Lessons are adapted to each student's age and level, so younger and older learners never get the same activities. -
04 How are class groups formed?
Class groups are formed based on each school's preference. Some schools group students by existing branches; others prefer grouping by streaming. All groups are made up of students from the same school, we never mix students from different schools. -
05 How many students per class?
Class size is determined by each school's needs. We recommend 10 students as the ideal group size, though classes can range from 5 to 12 depending on the school's preference. -
06 What content do you use?
We build our lessons around each school's English course book. Lessons are sequenced in parallel with the school's annual curriculum plan so students learn the material in class first, then practise speaking it with us. -
07 Can school staff observe live lessons?
Yes, school staff are welcome to observe lessons on dates scheduled throughout the academic term. We share an access link on the day; observers join silently with camera and microphone off, so students stay focused and the lesson runs as normal. -
08 Do students receive a certificate at the end of the year?
Yes. Every student receives a digital certificate of completion at the end of the year, showing their grade and school. -
09 How is pricing calculated?

Yes. All of our teachers are native English speakers, based across the UK, US, Canada, Ireland, Australia, New Zealand, and others sourced from leading English-speaking countries around the world. -
02 How do you select your teachers?
Every teacher goes through a careful selection process. We require an undergraduate degree in Education, English Language Teaching, or a related field, alongside a recognised certification such as TEFL, TESOL, or CELTA — and a minimum of three years of online EFL teaching experience with children and young learners in group settings. -
03 What does your teacher onboarding process look like?
Meeting our criteria is just the first step. Every candidate then goes through a four-stage onboarding process — an administrative interview, a pedagogical and language assessment, a platform and content fluency check, and a live teaching simulation with real students. -
04 How do you ensure teaching quality throughout the programme?
Our Pedagogical Development team observes every teacher on a regular basis, combining live classroom observations with AI-powered analytics. Teachers receive structured, one-on-one coaching and growth-oriented feedback — so quality is actively maintained throughout the year.

01 What platform are lessons delivered on?
Lessons are delivered on our own proprietary platform, built specifically for live English teaching. Unlike adapted video-conferencing tools, every feature including teacher panel, attention cues, attendance tracking, and lesson recording, was designed from the ground up for this purpose. -
02 Is there a learning hub where students can prepare and practise outside of live lessons?
Yes, each student has their own dedicated learning hub within the platform, separate from live lessons. They can use it to prepare before a live lesson or consolidate what they've learned afterwards. Every activity completed in this hub generates a detailed report, giving full visibility into student progress. -
03 What does the AI actually do?
Three things: tracks every student's speaking time minute-by-minute, scores pronunciation on short post-lesson speaking tasks, and compiles the data underneath our reports. -
04 Does the AI teach the lesson?
No. Every lesson is led by a human teacher. The AI works quietly in the background, handling attendance, attention tracking, and reporting, so the teacher can stay fully focused on the students.

Against an 8-criterion rubric, on a 7-point scale, organised under three goals: active learning, English speaking, and effective communication. -

We provide four reports throughout the year; weekly attendance and evaluation, a monthly attendance summary, a term-end progress report, and a year-end comparison across schools, giving full visibility into student and programme performance at every stage. -
03 Do parents have access to their child's progress?
Yes. Through their personal parent account, parents can view their child's lesson participation, progress, and AI-supported analytics after every session, available in both English and Turkish.

02 How can our school join the programme?

03 What support is available for schools and parents throughout the year?
Both schools and parents have access to dedicated support lines, available by phone and WhatsApp. A live monitor team is present in every lesson, and any concern or request — raised before or during a session — is directed to the relevant department. We respond to all enquiries within 24 hours.
