Teachers · the heart of it

Teachers your students actually look forward to.

Our four-stage selection exists for one reason: by the time a teacher walks into your child's class, they have already proven they can teach them well.

01

Introduction & administrative interview

We screen for genuine motivation and fit upfront, so your students learn from people who actually want to teach them, not from someone passing time between jobs.

02

Pedagogical & language assessment

Structured tests on language and teaching approach mean your students only meet teachers whose English and method both hold up under scrutiny.

03

Platform & content fluency

Teachers master our live-class platform and content library before they ever go live, so your students are engaged in an effective, interactive learning environment.

04

Live teaching simulation

Every teacher completes a live demo lesson before teaching real students. We evaluate classroom management, communication, and methodology to ensure every child learns with a fully prepared teacher from day one.

05

The result

Experienced, internationally certified (TEFL or CELTA) native-English teachers who passed every stage, and who actually stand in front of your students each week.

Ongoing development

Supervised and coached continuously.

Our Pedagogical Development team observes lessons regularly and gives each teacher structured, growth-oriented feedback against the rubric. The classroom never stops being a place where the teacher is also learning.

The platform

A purpose-built classroom for live lessons, with the curriculum at its core.

Every detail (class layout, attention cues, attendance, recording) was designed for one job: helping a teacher teach English speaking to a small group of students at once.

Purpose-built live-class infrastructure

Real-time effects, in-class data collection, and attention cues designed for the lesson from the start.

Round-robin participation

A turn-balancer ensures every student gets equal speaking time, every class.

Embedded interactive content

Interactive activities and videos built directly into the lesson for uninterrupted learning.

Recorded, observable, transparent

Every lesson is recorded to support feedback, performance insights, and continuous improvement of the learning experience. Schools may also join lessons silently at any time to observe quality firsthand.

AI · the sidekick

How we support students’ learning, using AI.

01

Speaking-time tracking

Minute-by-minute, surfaced on the teacher's panel during class. The teacher knows who has spoken and who has not.

02

Pronunciation scoring on the student platform

On their own platform, students complete short speaking tasks; the AI listens and gives gentle, specific feedback, handed back as the next session's warm-up.

03

Practising what they learn at school

Students practice the topics they already learn at school through real communication. Lessons reinforce familiar content, helping students speak confidently and naturally.

04

Richer, rubric-based insights

Teachers complete rubric-based evaluations after every lesson. AI then analyzes deeper learning data, such as speaking time and target language use, to generate richer insights that support more accurate and meaningful feedback.

In the classroom

The kind of classroom we build, together with our students.

Every Live Speaking lesson is built around six small habits. Together they make the kind of room where speaking comes naturally.

01

Sharing your thinking, even when you are not sure yet.

02

Listening properly to the person speaking.

03

Asking each other what you think and why.

04

Backing up your ideas with reasons.

05

Treating every voice in the room as worth hearing.

06

Helping students find common ground through communication.

Evaluation & reporting

Eight criteria. Four reports. One holistic picture.

Every student is evaluated against an 8-criterion rubric. Their data rolls up into four reports, paced from weekly to year-end.

Weekly

Attendance & evaluation

Per-student participation, performance scores, and AI analytics with feedback.

Monthly

Attendance summary

Trends and overall attendance across the cohort.

Term-end

Progress report

A rubric-based comparison of each student's performance against class averages.

Year-end

Inter-school comparison

Anonymised comparison against other Rhety schools.

Parents follow along, lesson by lesson.

Through their personal parent accounts, parents can view lesson participation, progress, and AI-supported analytics after every session — available in both English and Turkish within the platform.

Operations & support

Four teams, behind every lesson.

A live lesson is a fragile thing. We have specialised teams whose entire job is to keep it from breaking.

Parent & student support

Phone + WhatsApp lines for any access, technical, or operational issue students may run into.

School support line

A direct, dedicated channel for school staff, no shared inbox, no queue.

Live-class monitor team

A team that watches lessons as they happen (audio drops, screen-share failures, late starts) and steps in instantly.

Pedagogical development team

Regular observations against the rubric, with structured feedback for every teacher.

Frequently Asked Questions

Questions schools ask us, before they start.

If you cannot find what you are looking for, write to us, we respond within one business day.

  1. 01 How long is the programme?
We work around your academic calendar. Most schools opt for 24 weeks, though we offer flexible program lengths ranging from 20 to 28 weeks.
  2. 02 How often do students have lessons?
Lesson frequency is tailored to each school's needs. Most schools choose one lesson per week, with a two-lesson option also available. Each lesson is 45 minutes.
  3. 03 What grade levels do you teach?
We teach Grades 1 through 10. Lessons are adapted to each student's age and level, so younger and older learners never get the same activities.
  4. 04 How are class groups formed?
Class groups are formed based on each school's preference. Some schools group students by existing branches; others prefer grouping by streaming. All groups are made up of students from the same school, we never mix students from different schools.
  5. 05 How many students per class?
Class size is determined by each school's needs. We recommend 10 students as the ideal group size, though classes can range from 5 to 12 depending on the school's preference.
  6. 06 What content do you use?
We build our lessons around each school's English course book. Lessons are sequenced in parallel with the school's annual curriculum plan so students learn the material in class first, then practise speaking it with us.
  7. 07 Can school staff observe live lessons?
Yes, school staff are welcome to observe lessons on dates scheduled throughout the academic term. We share an access link on the day; observers join silently with camera and microphone off, so students stay focused and the lesson runs as normal.
  8. 08 Do students receive a certificate at the end of the year?
Yes. Every student receives a digital certificate of completion at the end of the year, showing their grade and school.
  9. 09 How is pricing calculated?
Pricing is tailored to each school's programme. Share your preferred class size, total number of weeks, and lesson frequency, and we'll send you a detailed proposal based on your needs.
